In many cases, you will see duplicates of photos. One is the way the camera took the photo, and the other is an HDR (High-dynamic range) version which captures more light, especially in shade and shadows. In most cases I prefer the HDR version, showing the scene more as the eye saw it at the time, but I learned through comments on my Facebook page that many people prefer the original version, so in many cases, I will include both.
