Steve Kennedy. Old dog. Middle-aged single man, who spent the last 36 years working, and the last 25 of those being a single dad.

Retired almost four years ago, and went back to work at least part time immediately. Part-time work slowed down to the point that I was bored. Spent too many hours on Facebook and in front of the computer. Another part-time job. Mostly fun, but low pay and odd hours. Another new job, more hours, more pay.

Friends asked “Why are you still working? Why not travel?” I responded that I didn’t want to travel alone.

I was wrong. So wrong.
