After 13 hours in two planes, and hour and 20 minutes on the ground in Amsterdam, and then about an hour and a half for a 20 minutes drive to my hotel (Bucharest traffic is crazy), I am checked into my lovely room at the Europa Royale Bucharest. I chose this hotel for its proximity to so many of the things that I want to see.

It’s a nice room, and I’m looking forward to exploring a bit.
